All I gotta ask is at a time like this is, how much more can God fuck me? He made me fucking born in 1992 instead of 1962 so I wasn't even ALIVE when Dave and Eddie were in their prime. All I got was three fucking shows in 2007 and 2012 compared to everyone else that saw them in 1982. All of my favorite bands are entering their 60s, rock music is on a steady decline, music which is nothing more than the sound of two Transformers fucking is currently #1 . No one has any incentive to make music better.....Without anybody that likes rock music, how the fuck can I keep it alive?

Well, if the guy is dead it's not really your fault & nothing you can do about it. I think a death is easier to swallow than a member out due to a grudge (Mike). Like...it hurts more when you know it still could happen, but the fuckers just won't let it.

Best thing you can do (which I think you have) is just see every great band when you can. And in 25 years people will be jealous of what you got to see.

Did see them after that though. Unfortunately the first time was on the Monsters of Rock tour in 1988, and that made Van Hagar even more intolerable.

Wolfie decides he is really a member of this other band (because he knows it's the right thing to do) and the sisters bury the hatchet and cajole Mikey back into the fold. They do this because it will be one of the top grossing concerts of the decade. This will leave Ed free to promote guitars,, Alex free to work on his drum synth stuff, Dave free to make Japan his home in all the crazy things we've heard about and seen (the latest which, I heard today, is that Dave says he's dating a young Japanese girl.) And Mikey? He will disappear back into Sammy's vortex, never to be seen again.

Yeah right. That'll happen.
