We've been through this with this picture before. It ain't Dave. No way. No how. People have posted pics of him at a large dinner with latinos at the same age he would be in this pic pre-VH and no way it's the same guy. His hair was totally flat & straight and more blonde. Also look at the even younger photo on the horse.
