Evidently you are the one who is upset because you wouldn't be here trying to start stuff if you weren't. If the above were true what would be the point of you being here telling us this?

Do you frequently encounter a lot of people with a bewildered look on their face when you open your mouth?

Dave was in no position to derail any band other then the one he was fronting. Leaving VH didn't ruin him in any way, shape or form. Things happen in life, good or bad, for a reason. Dave's natural path in life led him away from the Van Halens in 85...

From that point forward... it was the Van Halens that fucked up the band, the legacy, the music... hell Ed nearly killed himself in the process!!

I'm thankful Dave got off that train when it was at the top of it's game!! Had he stayed on... Ed may have killed him too.

It's rare that life offers a second chance... even rarer that when it does things will ever be half as good as they used to. The rebirth of Van Halen with Dave is one of those things I appreciate and am thankful for... that and the ability to produce a coherent thought...

Outperforming in the sense that they didn't have to cancel a tour due to poor ticket sales, outperforming in the sense they weren't playing clubs where two for one ticket prices weren't drawing them in.
Again, anything Hagar related sucks to you. But countrified strummin' Dave or Boston Pops July 4th Dave fills your loins. His stellar rendition of DTNA with his new and improved vocals drive you to the point of sweet release. Yes FORDster there's a little VH in all of us as your messiah likes to say, a lot, But it's comforting to know you have a little more room all ready for Dave in you.

Just looking at where the video is before playing it, it looks like Ed is in a dress. LOL! Maybe he was Sammy's bitch.

It sure is funny how they had to crawl back to Dave in 2007 to fill up arenas again. I'll bet that pisses you off doesn't it?

No, it was inevitable. Dave left in 85, he started crying to get back in in about 89-90. Years and years pleading to come back. They finally let him back and his voice sucks-- a lot. THAT has to piss you off, such a disappointment.

It doesn't piss me off. I'm not making any money off the deal. I just can't figure out why you are mad. I'm glad you actually answered one of my posts because i thought you were just here to irritate Ford.

To be fair, for the 2004 tour Van Hagar was tarping off entire upper decks because the attendance was so poor....

For the ADKOT tour, I think in hindsight that Van Halen made a tactical error by booking secondary markets, most of which weren't all that far from the primary cities....

For example, VH was booked here at the Hampton Coliseum.. VH has played there I think 4 times during the CVH years (capacity of only about 10,000), but for the ADKOT tour they had already played in Charlotte, Greensboro and D.C, all of which are within driving distance of this area....
