If you asked this three months ago, the answer would have been very rarely.

However, now with this tour, the stations have upped the Van Hagar. They're not Clear Channel stations either, so I don't understand why they feel the need to do this. Hopefully the percentage of Van Hagar vs. Van Halen songs will recede back to normal levels (meaning about 1% Van Hagar and 99% Van HALEN) once this tour is over.

In Oz, I occasionally here "Dreams". (Then prompty smash the radio)
Apart from that, its all real Van Halen. Mostly, Panama, Jump, You really got me. Hot for Teacher.

We *NEVER* hear Sammy Solo.. What the fuck is that ?????

I still hear Just like Paradise and Cali girls regularly..
BABY PANA 2 IS Coming !! All across the land, let the love and beer flow !

Yeah...it's not a 50/50 split, but yes the rock stations here play Van Hagar...
I like to pay close attention to the things I'll forget later...

I actually hear Yankee Rose more than Van Hagar on our local Michigan classic rock station....all the rest is Classic VH...you might here "Finish What You Started " once on a while... Although "Dreams " was one of there biggest hits , you'll never here that kind of dated power balladry on an classic rock station..

I hear 'right now' from time to time as well as the occasional 'finish what you started,' 'why cant this be love' but for the most part it is either 'running with the devil,' 'jump,' 'unchained,' 'you really got me,' or 'hot for teacher' unless they are doing some sort of VH marathon.

I laugh everytime I hear another classic VH tune on our air- even when the Vhagar circus was in town- classic VH was getting more airplay...

now a month or so later- NO its about time and 95% van HALEN... of course I change the station when I hear Hagar's voice- so maybe I am not completely accurate...

I never hear Van Hagar on Q107 (allegedly Toronto's best rock). They play a lot of vintage Halen, but no Hagar crap. Again, I have heard ONE WAY TO ROCK and a couple of other abominations on this station, but I don't remember hearing almost any Hagar material since Sammy left in '96. They did play the one new song a few times (IT'S ABOUT TIME) and then had callers call in and tear the song up, after the D.J. finally proclaimed, "Well, it's official...fans want Dave back and this new song sucks." Seriously!

As for Sam's material, I hate the man but I still like the first Montrose album. That's it. Great album.

Yup Riki is right, Q never plays any maggot infested rotting roadkill music from van gaygar, but on the 3rd of July(when the crapfest rolled that stink into town) they did play side 1 of 51.. haven't heard a single note since then. As for a station closer to Riki's hometown of Burlington
they have been playing "IAT" regularly I think that KK(a dj) likes the tune the station is 97.7 HTZ FM this by the way is a WANNABE Q107 station............. so I don't listen that often
