It's an odd page... but what they are doing is showing 6 videos from the VHtelevision youtube channel. That's VH's "official" channel. If you click on the youtube link in the upper right it takes you to the same videos.

Interscope and WB are separate entities... wouldn't be surprising to see distribution shifted to WB since they have the whole VH & DLR catalogs. I'm wondering how long Interscope will carry ADKOT and continue distributing it. Wouldn't surprise me a bit to see it completely out of print any time now.

Think you could be right - and I wonder if it might some day be re-issued by Warners.

Lets not kid ourselves here.. this was what we wanted and still WANTTTT!!!!!! FUCK!!! the timing was Impossible.. Ed was right off a huge success with Spam after DLR left in '85. Ed owned the world back then DLR couldn't have got any more that he did. ED was on heavens highest high and only he could decide what was right for his ... need,.. was gone..... it was like that I bet. Dave was right off the awesome YFLM great shit just excellent..the combat was on and ED owned the stage....ego smash and rightly so..just wasn't right.

I have three Technics turntables, a selection of cartridges and needles, tube preamps, custom EQs, and home made speakers...

With all of that, ADKOT sounds like shit...

I love the album but the sound is horribly muddy...

It sounds best on a cheap stereo...

The best sounding album I own by far is the 30th Anniversary Reissue of Diary Of A Madman...

Nothing comes close...

I had this thing as a kid two speakers ( upgrade to two giant Bose speakers) notice the sexiness of the 8trac..lol.. it actually had a nice stylus.. and quite a few watts.

Interscope from what I was told was a 2 studio distribution deal. The live record being on WB technically would not be a violation of that but seeing how uncoordinated and without thought VH is managed I suspect the live record was a fuck it lets do that after it became apparent the the new record was not gonna get completed. With Dave, WB, and Interscope I would not be surprised if these bozos simply do not have a clean paper trail on this. Since Dave has a long history of being a major SOB to negotiate with and VH is not exactly flexible all that is going on may just be a legal cluster they are cleaning up. Hype of how much they argue as always been part of the VH mythology and a better story line than oops we don't have our shit together, hold on a sec.

Despite being 60 these guys need a father figure in regard to management to make them more productive. Seriously no overdubs, and you sat on it till post Christmas, just awful business decisions and pointless.
