Either one is more fun than it is work. In fact, it's not work! Friggin' rock stars make millions doing what working stiffs would rather be doing with their time. Fuck all these guys.
I'd tend to agree with your statement... but there's a possibility that the Smithsonian gig sparked something in Ed where rather than dismiss history all together, he's gotten brave enough to face it and embrace it. Not to mention it's a lot less work to dust off something old than to work hard creating something new. There's a glimmer of hope in this... plus a lot in the vaults that could be turned into cash...
I'll believe it when I see it. And if I'm not mistaken VH has had Classic VH videos up before on YouTube. I think there were two old ones up when they first launched their massive YouTube presence.
