Even until that last thread of hair falls outta his head.... Dave will always be more a showsman that fat piece of shit, Sammy Hagar! The redrocker has about as much personality and charisma, as a cardboard box.... as a matter of fact... I 'd rather see Van Halen tour with a cardboard cutout of DLR... than Sammy Hagar any day of the week! Yeah I know... Dave is starting to look like the CRYPTKEEPER from, "Tales from the crypt"... but what do you expect? I'm willing to bet, if I did as much cocaine and jack daniels as DLR during the 80's... I would look like either the CRYPTKEEPER or one of the old dudes from the BARTYLES AND JAMES commercials.... regardless... Dave is the best... Diamond Dave is the main attraction of the party! Did you know any kid in the early 80's that didn't wanna be David Lee Roth growing up? Was there any other band in the late 70's... when punk music was popular.... help leave an imprint on rock music industry? Poison, Motley Crue and countless other hair bands, where all a cheap generic version of the original Van Halen lineup!
The Van Hagar tour is a complete nightmare. All DLR needs to do is sit back, look pretty, and shut the fuck up. I think Diamond Dave is starting (gasp!) to mature as a artist! The first step in this process was cutting off that fucking Yellow BRILO PAD on his head... jesus... Dave looked like the fucking old fucker from a clockwork orange.... whose wife was raped and murdered....

The hair looks fuckin' good now.... next he needs to drop the masturbating JD bottle routine.... it was cool during the 80's... but now it seems forced and unnatural to start masturbating all over his audience... other than that... Dave is on the right track! I hope I don't seem like I'm bitchin' about DLR... but I would like to see him back in the MTV spotlight.... because hey... If Van Hagar could reach #2 on the billboard chart.... then Dave can fuckin' do 10x times better!! Finally lol... am I the only person who didn't like the BOSTON POPS performance...lol.... it wasn't DLR... he was terrific as usual... I just don't like DLR being associated with 95 year old men in tuxedos... and a 50 something crowd waving American flags... while their wifes and children are ROCKIN' their vintage 1983 mullets!!!
