Why Did Van Halen Pick Sammy Hager To Front Them?

Now I am wondering why would they pick the crap of the lot to front them. I have never liked sammy with van halen to much pop rock love songs. I would buy any david lee roth albums before i even thought about buying any van halen of i mean van hager albums. How can you rock out to when is it love or love walks in I mean it is all crap there best shot was the F.U.C.K album the rest sucked donkey dick. Also why would you buy something like BOBW when you have songs that are by dave done live and sound like crap sung by sammy? Sounds to me like it would be a waste of time and money. I also read somewhere that sammy say's that he sold more albums than dave did with van halen

You see, Eddie did an interview with Entertainment Tonight back in the
day where he and Val and some bitch were all sitting on the floor in front of a roaring fire. According to legend, Ed leaned back to try to light another cigarette in the roaring fire and almost got engulfed in flames. No shit, his striped shirt was all smoking and shit and Val was just screaming to the high heavens.

Apparently, Roy was on a soundstage down the hall doing a Soupy Sales show interview and heard Val's yelling. So he goes busting in the ET set like a maniac and tackles ED using the roll and smother tactic. Ed's all fucking drunk and thinking he just escaped death and tells Roy he'll make him a star for putting out his fire.

Ed and the band were just dumbasses, all dave wanted to do was make his own shit n then do another album with vh, but no, ed wanted one out right away so he got the first piece of shit he saw
