EDWARD AND VALERIE SEE DAVE 1985 - The Grammy's - Pissed off

I've been putting Van Halen photos into a year by year format for the past few years. I've also included interviews, articles, you name it.

I posted a few pictured of Eddie and Valerie at the American Music Awards in 1985 on Twittter. I had thought these might be at the Pee Wee Movie Premiere, but that was a separate event. The Ameican Music Awards took place 1/28/1985. The photos show Ed and Valerie running into Roth. They pose for a photo, Valerie looks stressed and wide eyed, and I found a separate photo of what appears to be Ed walking away pissed the hell off. Dave wore the famous gold suit at least on 2 occasions outside photo-shoots. The Pee Wee Premiere was at the Chinese theater around 8/1/1985. Dave is not wearing a white undershirt in that photo.
He showed up to the premiere in his 51. Also in attendance that night were Eddie Murphy and Alice Cooper.

They did look a little less than comfortable in that picture. Pissed the hell off might be a bit of an exaggeration.

Saint, first off thanks for all the cool photos and retro articles. Great stuff!
Second, look closely at photos of DLR with EVH and Val. The walking off photo was actually taken earlier because Ed's bow tie is still on.
