Probably coming here to tell us how great Ed IS might not be the best idea you've had today. Maybe you should talk about how great he WAS... The first leg of the new tour was a disaster, at least all the boots I heard were pretty lackluster...

The REAL truth about Van Halen is that Dave FORCED those guys to kick ass. Their own laziness is quite obvious. Dave would not let "2nd Best" float, so he pushed those guys to be the best... even Ed. Now we all know that is something that Ed doesn't like, because WORK gets in the way of his DRINKING. Dave would just push him until the magic happened... On the other hand Alex just doesn't know any better, and Mikey could give a fuck, which is just a lame attitude to have considering how great they were, then how boring they became. Dave was the Drill Sgt., and Ed, Mike, and Al were the troops. A finely oiled machine I might add. I hope Ed's gotten his playing together, just for sentimental reasons, but I will say that Ronald McHagar is a poor choice for a leader... he doesn't know much about writing killer tunes... His voice is mediocre/bad also... just like his lyrics.
Nonetheless, you've come here to insult everyone, and get us all riled up, because that's what HagarSheep seem to like. All I can say is that I don't support MEDIOCRITY, and you do. With your $$ you tell Ed that it's OK to just be OK, instead of fucking AWESOME.
