    DLR getting sued??

    I was listening to Mark & Brian on KLOS (los angeles) yesterday and they were discussing DLR visits in the past, and then they started talking about Dave's recent tours and that he's getting sued for non payment to people / companies after hes last tour(s) for may reasons and situations...

    Anyone heard this at all??


    They said it's probably why he hasn't been planning much touring lately.

              that's old news.
              it happened once in one town 2 or 3 years ago.
              a spat with some promotor.
              never heard about it after it was a blip.
              dave's toured plenty since then.

                                          nooooo i heard that too.
                                          Last year in september he cut himself when the mic stand he was twirling hit im in the face and needed stitches, i think.
                                          He cancelled the rest of the tour and there were problems with that.
                                          I think the last time he played in the USA was new years eve at the house of blues in LA...the rest was europe.

                                          Dont quote that for sure, but i was told that as well.

                                              I heard he wouldn't pay a couple of years ago, but I haven't heard anything about it happening again. I don't know why he wouldn't pay, since he is a whatley man with lots of money in the bank. If this is true, it could of had something to do with VH decision to go with Sammy for the Reunion tour.

                                                  Dave is the Al Davis of Rock n Roll.
                                                  He's always getting sued or suing/countersuing somebody.
                                                  And just like Al - he don't lose often.
