            Quite alright DLN; the song does pretty much suck but there are little bits of Ed's playing that feel inspired by Dave IMO.

            Mezro...I'm sure the demo version w/Dave ripped...

                I agree. "Some" of the lyrics sound "Dave-ish". The song does suck donkey balls though. "You can spend my money, but dont you waste my time"-? Oh yeah and the "My Time, My Time".... That -my time-my time shit sounds like something 3 black women would sing from the 60's. Doo-wop, Doo-wop. :D Anyway, you slice that fucking song up, Dave wrote this, Sam did that, Ed screwed this up...whatever...It sucks compared to anything a Van Halen fan has grown up listening, and that is a God Damn shame.

                    Ya know...I believe that back in 2000, the VH brothers said...Okay..we're gonna let Dave back in. So then they started working on a handshake, but Dave said "hell now...I want it all in writing and reviewed by my attorneys." That's when the shit hit the fan. The VH brothers wanted it all their way and Dave was not gonna kiss ass.

                    In the end boys and girls...it's best that it didn't happen. Dave would be on Stage No.2 performing while the rest of VH would be on Stage No.1 and you'd have to buy 2 seperate tickets to see the band. Not the great VH we all remember.
