Stumbled across this video... found it a fun watch. The guy knows his history and can also play Ed's stuff pretty well. Covers everything from gear, effects, amps, guitars and the playing styles unique to Ed.

I totally recommend checking out/following Ben Eller on YouTube. His lessons are meticulously accurate and he is almost unique in being quite funny too.
