    A Future With Dave

There's an interview at melodicrock with Sammy. Doesn't sound like he's in for life and that all his future holds is VH. Is there still a chance for a Dave/VH tour? I say maybe. I think with the melancholly mood of this tour with Ed's health and all the other lovey dovey shit maybe theres still a chance for a reconciliation with Dave. One monster end all be all reunion with the original 4. Maybe even a record to boot. Read the article and then I'd like to hear some opinions.

If the three new tracks are the best they can muster. How the hell can Van Hagar release a whole album ??

Sorry, I didn't read the article, but you get my two cents worth anyway. Is there a chance for a reunion with Dave. Hell yeah. However slight that may be, while all four are living and breathing, that chance will remain.

The only way there will be reunion with Dave (and of course the legalites out of the way) is if Ed can play like he did during the Dave era. I read reports that during this current tours soundchecks he's playing old material ie;I'm the one, RWTD but just the main riffs. But during the actual show he doesn't play these classic tunes because he can't! During the show Ed plays eratically! misses notes, out of time, out of tune wtf?! Dave wouldn't go for this I'm sure.

It doesn't matter whether Sammy is in Van Halen or not because Dave isn't rejoining the band anytime soon even though I predicted this could possibly be VH's final tour!

Are you kidding me? Haven't you noticed the 3 live tracks on their new BOBW CD? They're ALL DAVE COVERS BY SPAMMY!

I don't care how long Spammy's in VH, they're gonna have to recall every single one of those CDs and issue a formal and public apology to Dave and we, his fans before any type of Roth reunion is even the slightest bit perceivable.

Who gives a shit at this point...

any tour that has the name Van Halen attached to it will be a fucking joke...

I'll go see it if Dave's fronting that band...but I just don't contractually see it happening...I'm sure there will be some bullshit that would stop it...

and even if it does...will anyone...ANYONE give a shit...

I'm so fed up with the bullshit that Ed's dealing...I just don't know...

                Classic sound or not...
