          Here's my 2 cents:

I think half of the motivation of this summer's tour is to generate awareness for VH. I mean, they were eligible for induction last year and were not accepted. As far as the line-up goes, I don’t how that works. Induction would be for VH, so I guess are eras would be inducted? Here’s what the site says:

          Performers
Artists become eligible for induction 25 years after the release of their first record. Criteria include the influence and significance of the artist’s contributions to the development and perpetuation of rock and roll.
The Foundation’s nominating committee, composed of rock and roll historians, selects nominees each year in the Performer category. Ballots are then sent to an international voting body of about 1,000 rock experts. Those performers who receive the highest number of votes, and more than 50 percent of the vote, are inducted. The Foundation generally inducts five to seven performers each year.

Notice it doesn’t say anything about specific members, just “artists”. In this case, I guess it would be VH as an entity? Anyone know for sure?

In a interview with Howard Stern the sisters said they'll worry about it when they get inducted. Let's wait and see, but I'm expecting the worst too.

The Hall decides which members are elected, always the original members, and sometimes additional members.

Prince is a GRATE and SMOKIN guitarist, songwriter, PRODUCER..

                Promoter.

Performer. Saying Prince "does not belong in the RR HoF" is just plain ignorant and whoever is doing that should LISTEN to some Prince for a few days till they fucking "get it".

Prince was into Motown, Metal, and Pop years before Disco arrived and made his ass a millionaire. Plus, he's a really cool fucking guy without an attitude.

Unlike me, I'll fuck yer gramma's sweaty tits if they're still round enough - I don't care how far they've sagged and droopaged..
