Yeah, I checked this link and "E" tv's, yet no real info is listed...bare in mind the quote states "Van Halen's Touring Company", which may or may not be acting in the band's interests.
Besides, this sounds like an astute financial ploy to recoup some potential losses...like the guaranteed retainer for the band's performance.
And I rarely associate the word "astute" with Van Halen these days.

Van Halen Sues The Orioles
(08/16/04) -- Van Halen's touring company is suing the Baltimore Orioles for $2 million for backing out on a deal to let the band play a concert at Oriole Park early next month. In other news, Eddie and Alex Van Halen are slated to perform at their singer Sammy Hagar's "Birthday Bash" celebration on October 13th at the Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

i use to live in baltimore, been to a few orioles games. Orioles and van hagar and the O's have one thing in common, they both suck!Comment

They didn't sell out the MCI arena in nearby DC. Who the hell would try to book them for Oriole Park?? I'd like to know why Oriole Park backed out, although I'm pretty sure I already know.Comment
