I have a question about a scene in Lethal Weapon 4. There is a guy burning down the town while listening to "Fire in the Hole" from VD 3 in his walkman. However, in the movie they never explain who this man is or why he is doing this. I have a few theories:
Theory 1: It was a David Lee Roth fan. After being teased with a Roth reunion, he listens to VD3 and is so angered he wants to burn down the town.
Theory 2: It is Sammy Hagar. He is very angry that while Ed is giving Gary some "Fire in the Hole", while the best he could get from Eddie was some cream in his coffee when he got up for breakfast.
Theory 3: It is Eddie Van Halen. Notice how angry the man gets when Sgt. Murtogh starts doing the chicken dance. He knows that Danny Glover is calling him a chicken for threatening to kick Dave in the nuts from the safety of his own home while having his brother by his side to protect him in case the reporter is a Dave fan.
Any help as to who this man was or theories as to why "fire in the Hole" got him so upset would be greatly appreciated
