Not much of a Cherone-fan. Not that he's a bad singer, though. He sings way better than Roth, but I think it was a mistake to bring him into VH. His voice is too similar to Sammy's, but not quite as powerful. So the fans (apart from the 40-50 Roth-fans out there) got something that was kinda similar but not as good. That wasn't smart.
They shoulda gone the other way, and gotten somebody totally different, with a deeper growl, like John Corabi or someone like that.

WELL !! Good Question,

Since I resigned myself to the fact it would never happen,
There has been at least five songs recorded by the original
band. (Two of which I have heard)

So who really knows ???

If you compare the rushed efforts of the original band in 96,
to the rushed efforts of one of the replacement singer lineups
in 2004. The song quality from 96 is vastly superior..

So, who knows ???

Maybe Ed, Al (AND DAVE !!!) will finally come to their senses..

Well, taste is a funny thing.. ..taste in food, taste in beer, taste in bitches, taste in music...

I think 'Me Wise Magic' and 'Can't Get This Stuff No More' are both pretty good! But they coulda used a real singer on there, 'cause the vocals are terrible. But the music's groovy.

That being said, I do dig the new tunes, especially 'Up For Breakfast'. Why do I dig it? Cause it gives me that great feeling that I get from tunes like 'Summer Nights', '5150', 'Get Up', 'Black'n'Blue', 'When It's Love', 'Poundcake', 'Judgement Day', 'Seventh Seal' and 'Humans Being' to name a few.
Can't really be explained, but it's a pretty damn good feeling!
