That's because this is not an "article". It's a press release from his tour management. Hence the fact that there is no "editor". Someone, more than likely the webmaster, cut and pasted this and grabbed the wrong photo....possibly a simple .jpeg labeled "dave" incorrectly. Probably was never previewed.
