Not that I've heard, although it's probably not very far off...I just wonder why it hasn't been done yet...the sign above most record comapny exec's offices generally looks something like this:

That would be cool. Maybe a Dave box set would be cool with a poster or some cool deal.

yeah it would be cool to have a box set or maybe even a double best of album that combines all albums including dlr band and diamond dave. maybe throw in some live dlr doing classic halen from recent shows as well. you know a good move for dave would be to put out a live album and dvd from his current tour. You know i told many people before thay back in 97 when swing jazz was huge and people like brian setzer was putting out swing music dave should have as well. he would have torn the place up. david lee roth is the king of swing baby!!

Doubt Dave's solo stuff will be remastered, but I come across A Little Aint Enough and Your Filthy Little Mouth on CD at Targets and Wal-Marts all over the place, and for well under $10 too.

DLR's '95 showroom gig came a little early!

Some may say dlr showroom gig in 95 came early or others might say that dave was ahead of the time. Maybe dave knew something the rest of the industry didnt. All i know is had dave put out an album with tunes like bad habit and the new ice cream man and that sort of thing back in 97 or so when swing was the shit with the proper promotion dave would have had a bonafide hit and classic on his hands. I kept telling people everytime a swing jazz tune came on in a bar or club. you know who would put out a great swing album david lee roth and most people would say yeah man that would be good.

Boscov's ALWAYS has at least one copy of each on CD in their cheap CD bin.

They won't remaster that stuff until he makes another mega-successful album, or he reunites with VH
