                Jeff Lynne was obviously influenced
                by the Beatles, But he took it to
                a new place and the material all
                sounded original. It was good value,
                like we had a continuation of the Beatles
                but from a new perspective...
                Production on the ELO stuff was also way
                ahead of its time. Great talent indeed !
                I thought it was fitting when he eventually got
                to work with George Harrison...
