Two summers ago my big form of exercise was to Roller-Blade to Central Park and back at 6:30am (I live in Greenwich Village, so that's a real good haul).

I had a bunch of mix tapes for my walkman. The song that was a constant on all the tapes - and on more than a few was the opening track - was "Little Guitars".

So, what would you call that? "Psyched"? "Pumped"? "Incredibly dangerous with NYC traffic"?
