            Thanks. I figured I'd get a more accurate answer here than from Google.

              Supposedly they initially had another album cover in mind but it was deemed inappropriate by WB. DLR mentioned it on Redbeards radio broadcast in '91.

              He said the title of the album was " Cuttin' Out " , and the cover was an artistic illustration of a scantily clad girl riding on an airplane holding a pair of scissors.
