At the ROGAN BOARD, you don't get the privilege of an avatar or the use of the PM function until after 30 days and 100 posts. I like that idea, but maybe make it 50 posts an a couple of weeks. Oh yeah, you have to post porn within your first 10 posts also, or they ignore you, supposedly.:D

LOUNGEMACHINE is correct, NEWBIES should be prevented from posting for the first two or three days. Then they should have some sub-human status (no avatar or PM capability) for the first 30 days/100 posts.

I also think we need a new rating system that is based on actual posting merit, where the rater must make comments (like the ROGAN BOARD has) rather than the five-star popularity cuntest we currently have. And newbies (with less than 100 posts) should be prevented from rating anybody.
