post problems

sometimes when I post it comes up with 'cannot find sever' or someone very strange code. I refresh the page (the only thing I can do) and it says that the thread isn't valid or that I can't post every 10 seconds. Then the post appears about 5 minutes later

anyone else had this problem?

the board has been a lil sluggish for me today. In my uneducated guess, I would say server/bandwidth problems?
