Now please be aware that I do not have the authority to bargain on behalf of any of the members of this site...yet instead, this is more or less just for your consideration.

2. Just because you state on your website that using your image is "forbidden" and "punishable by law" does not make those statements true. You come onto a site dedicated to a rock star and relentlessly proselytize and intrude on our spiritual life when it has been made abundantly and repeatedly clear that your posts are unwanted, by and large, with one notable exception so it seems. From one North Carolinian to another, good luck convincing your local District Attorney to prosecute anyone from this site for cutting and pasting your image and good luck finding an attorney to stop people in any civil court from using your image any way they desire especially since you have so voluntarily posted the same for all the world to access in the first place.

3. I have serious doubts that 799 individual members from this site visited your sites. I just don't think there are nearly that many people here that care enough. Perhaps, but I still have more doubts, that your site has been visited 799 times by 7 or 8 people. Nevertheless, I am quite convinced that your hollow threats to post "ALL YOUR" IP numbers and Email addresses will only encourage more of the type of behavior of which you complain.

4. Whatever you imagine that you can do to cause damage to this site and its members, certainly there are people here that can do a lot worse to your sites and your personal life as well. Since apparently members of this website have already "gotten into your tools", I caution that you should exercise extreme restraint in making threats and even with continuing your pointless threads and posts.

5. Katy, the World Wide Web is a big place. There are many, many sites where it is appropriate to post your affirmations and where they would be most welcome. It seems to be the overwhelming opinion is that this site is not one of them. This is a site dedicated to music. Particularly the music of David Lee Roth. Have you any stories about Van Halen or David Lee Roth? I am sure the members would appreciate them. Yet if you continue to ignore all the protests that your posts induce, and continue to make ridiculous, empty threats in response to those protests, you should anticipate that the protests will continue to escalate.

Although I have misgivings that you will listen to anything I have said, to be sure, please stop proselytizing and evangelizing on this site. It really is tremendously annoying and it seems to be causing you a lot of grief as well. This solution is really very simple.
