Would imagine being a Mod has to be a tough gig.
Frankly, I don't see a lot of elitism on display from any of them, or any capricious banning of people from the site - there have been more than a few dipshits wandering through here that I would have flushed after the first three infantile posts who were allowed to stay, and eventually the membership dealt with them in various ways.
Got no complaints. Mods are just like others in the respect that some are cool, some are bland, some are average and some are dicks, depending on what point of view you're coming from.
They're doing what needs to be done, far as I can tell.
