    Brother of Pete,
You do realize that your avatar is lovingly holding a giant blue testicle, don't you?
To put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.

If Savicki gives blood and a donor gets it, do they then immediately run out and buy Jem dolls and Laura Branigan annivesary mugs?

Steve has 101+ IDs. In addition he uses techniques to mask his trails. Furthermore, he is an pretty fair RGPer character builder.

If he was banned he would let loose an army of drone bots. Not to mention the vast amount of SE'ed marks he could invoke.

Well, I noticed that that the settings in the Standin account has Blaze on ignore. So, I guess at one point someone has tinkered with Standin.
Blaze was tinkered, however that account access was changed.

But as a rule, I do not share IDs with other people, exception being technical issues. Nor do I create masking characters.

I do not engage in RPG character building. I simply am not good at "undercover work" ... as of yet. I do have a tutor. however.

'World's Largest' Online Pedophile Ring Smashed In Europe

THE HAGUE, Netherlands — Police said Wednesday they have smashed a huge international pedophile ring, rescuing 230 children from abuse and arresting 184 suspects – including teachers and police officers.

The three-year investigation code named Operation Rescue uncovered 670 suspects and identified and safeguarded children in more than 30 countries by arresting people accused of abusing them, said Rob Wainwright, director of the European Union police agency Europol.

The ring was centered on an Amsterdam-based online forum called boylover.net, which Wainwright described as "probably the largest online pedophile network in the world."

"These are very serious crimes on a truly global basis," he added.

The heavily encrypted forum, whose administrator appeared in a Dutch court on Tuesday charged with sex offenses, had up to 70,000 members.

The investigation was led by Britain's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Center but also involved law enforcement agencies as far afield as Australia, the United States and Thailand.

Peter Davies of the British child protection center said there would be more arrests as the ...

                                Adult grooming

Adult grooming is the adult equivalent to child grooming and applies to any behaviour where an adult is prepared so they unwittingly allow abusive behaviour or exploitation to occur later. The abuser typically befriends or builds a relationship with the victim in order to establish a relationship of trust. Well known examples of such abusive behaviours are sexual abuse, elder abuse, financial extortion, human trafficking and sexual slavery.
Although it is a common belief that grooming is most relevant to children, the same or similar psychological processes are used to exploit adults. As with child grooming, adult grooming typically involves:
positive reinforcement (gifts, money, praise, superficial charm, flattery, smiling etc)
                                normalization

                                ==============

On March 17, 2003, a federal judge ruled that Willman was working as a government informant when he invaded Judge Kline's computers because (i) Willman thought of himself as an agent for law enforcement and (ii) Willman's motivation for the invasion was to act for law enforcement purposes.[2][7][8] Since the judge ruled that this violated Kline's United States 4th Amendment right to privacy against illegal searches by the government,[2] the judge suppressed some of the prosecution's strongest evidence against Kline.[8][15] Specifically, the judge suppressed all evidence seized from Kline's home and his home computer, including excerpts from a computer diary about his sexual desires and more than 1,500 pornographic photos of young boys.[8]
On appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the appeals court disagreed with the federal judge and found that it was not enough for Willman to act with the intent to assist the government.[14] There needed to have been some degree of governmental knowledge and acquiescence in Willman's actions to find that Willman was acting as a government agent.[14] Thus, the appeals court reversed the district court's order suppressing the evidence that was found as the fruit of Willman's illegal, but private, search.[14] In March 2005, the United States Supreme Court declined to hear the case, which ended Kline's appeals.[16]
                                [edit]The admission
With the 9th Circuit and United States Supreme Court actions, Willman's evidence was now back in play.[9][17] In December 2005, former Orange County Superior Court Judge Ronald C. Kline pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography on his home computer, ending a four-year legal battle during which Kline was under house arrest.[18][19][20] A trial conviction could have brought Kline a 30-year prison term, but a plea agreement limited prison time to a possible 27 to 33 months.[18][21]
In June 2006, the state Commission on Judicial Performance gave Kline the most serious punishment it could give a former judge by barring him from receiving work from state courts.[22]
In February 2007, Kline was sentenced to 27 months in prison for possessing child pornography.[11
