Phishing!!!

just thought i'd let you all know; the last two days here (13 and 14 sept) i've had a pop up warning 'the site you are visiting is a phishing site' etc.. and it wouldn't let me in till i dialled back my security settings. is this related to the previous google link problem? only an aussie issue perhaps? thanks guys and gals.

Happening all around. Powers that be are aware of the issue & working on a resolution.

Yep. A poster inadvertently posted the link to the attack site, which when viewed not only screwed up the thread, it started to spread through the site and into user's computers. In fact, no one on the mod team could even get into the thread to deal the troublesome post, so the only alternative was to remove the entire thread.

As of now, Google is still listing the ARMY as an attack site. Even more bizarre, the ARMY's icon of a gas mask in the favorites bar on Firefox has been replaced by the red and white icon designated for attack sites.

This headache inducing issue is being handled, but naturally the wheels of justice turn slowly.

Did Sammy Hagar become a major stockholder in Google?

The last couple of days Google has been giving warnings about this site. How evil it is and how it's going to invade your system and destroy you. Stay away! Not only that it won't let you enter the site to be a abused by the so called malware. The only thing that was missing was an automatic link to the cabo wabo website or redrocker.com.

Glad stuff is kinda sorted out. And yes, I still have that irritating fucking bar on my Firefox bookmark....
