Well...Just because a whore's naked and in bed...doesn't mean you're going to score...

    until you pay...

Time for the Cavs to pay...

if they win...I'm real curious to what people will start saying about Lebron...

He's golden no matter which way you look at it...

but it will move him to a new level in many's eyes if they pull of the upset...

Doesn't matter what Lebron does, he's the golden boy of the league. He can shoot 30%, turn the ball over 6 times and still come out as a hero.

I still think this series is more about the Pistons poor play, than the Cavs stopping them. Seems like the Pistons are just stopping themselves, and way over-confident after the first two games. Actuallly they haven't played really well since the third quarter of Game 2.

I won't disagree with anything you say...for the most part...

but I WOULD have to say that Lebron...oh...I don't know...a few more good games than bad...wouldn't you Brett?

He's the golden boy because he's pretty fucking good...

He handles himself well...and is a fantastic player...so perhaps he should be the NBA's golden boy...

As far as the Piston's poor play...I concur wholeheartedly...but as anyone would say...it's not JUST poor play...

There's some relatively decent play on the other end...

Let's not forget that ANY time you beat the defending Eastern Conference champs 3 times in a row...it's a good thing...

        I don't mind the truth...

but don't downplay the WHOLE truth...

win or lose...the Cavs have achieved more than what most were saying a week ago...

as I keep saying...everything else is icing...

Let's not forget that Lebron's harshest critic...minus a few rogue Kobe fans...

          is Lebron...

I have no problem with Lebron, he's a great player. I just think the over-the-top fawning over him is a little nauseating that's all.

The league is dying for the next Jordan.

              And the refs are helping.

                  It's Brett's worst nightmare...

Nash with his 2nd MVP and beating his Lakers when they could have won.

                  AND

The emergence of the next great one, all in the same year.

Half of that is true for sure.

At 21, Kobe was winning an NBA title. So we'll see. And don't say it was all Shaq.

How about they win the series first before we proclaim him the greatest basketball player in the history of mankind.

I concur that it is far from decided in the Detroit series...far from it...

but alas Al...it's a wee bit more than the refs...although Lebron does get some questionable calls...

but he got the same questionable calls when they were getting their asses handed to them in games 1 and 2...

You cannot put Lebron in the top ten...or whatever it is...

there are a boatload of great players that have earned their prime...

                                ...and Brett...

you don't think if Lebron had a Shaq on his team...they wouldn't at the very least be one of the top 2 teams in the league?

I agree it wasn't all just Shaq...but it wasn't all just Kobe either...

when you have a dominating center...winning games becomes that much easier...
