I have to imagine it would be a better way to build a home......built in a factory so weather isn't an issue. Quality control because it's built on an assembly line and so on.
I've had to let houses sit for days to get the studs to dry out........there's no way I'd drywall a home with wet wood. A recipe for disaster......Originally posted by vandeleurComment

Which is very odd because it's on a foundation and considered Real Property.
