Well...like I said...once you get to 40...and this goes for everyone...I'll make moves IF an injury keeps you from fielding a complete team...
let's say you have enough starters injured that you can't start two...I'd let you pick up a starter...
or if you lost a catcher and only had 1...I'd let you pick up a catcher...
