Well...I'm just a guy that believes a good starter is better than a GREAT reliever...and Cordero doesn't have a track record...
that being said...Cordero is having a great year...
usually...Dontrelle's slide happens before the break...because he tries to be perfect after getting shelled. He got shelled this year...and came right back and won. I think Dontrelle is the better player of the two...
however...
it's a need deal that you are fantastic at....

that doesn't mean that I thought you GOT the better player though...

There are people in "some" leagues that always have to make the perfect deal...and not the deal to fill holes...
case in point...I give you Lee and Young...and get Vlad. Now...a true knowledgable baseball guy knows that offensively...I get killed in that deal...even with Vlad...but Vlad is better than Lee (normally), and I didn't need Young as much as I needed relievers...so I get Vlad, Feliz and 2 closers...and took a HUGE hit offensively...but now I have closers that can compete with anyone...most weeks...
I get Lugo for Overbay...a small deal...but I get a guy with some speed...who can play SS and make Feliz more versatile. Not a big trade...but a small one that helps my bench.
You get the idiosyncracys of dealing...some people don't...
I don't think you've made any deals that left me scratching my head...and I'm more apt to look at a first deal from you (no matter how ridiculous it may be...and usually it's not) as the start of something...and not a slap in the face.
