            Like I said...I like Helton...great player...automatic...I was happy to get him...but I almost didn't do that deal...I like Wilson's power upside...and Helton was hurt at the time...

                            I got Rolen..cost me Arod...Hudson was in the mix...he's out....trades havent hurt me like they did in football last year..Porter/Jerevicous/both traded for and went out the next week...
