The bigger mystery will be with Savage. Vince has got a grudge with Randy like somethin' fierce. I heard it was because Randy walked out in 94 to join WcW. If that is the case, well, so did everyone else, right? So there must be more to it.

Because every wrestling site on the Internet says so and they thrive in negativity.

However, wrestling was much worse 10 years ago.

While we complain about Smackdown & Raw at least there are top quality matches (ex: Mysterio vs Angle, Benoit vs Jericho) as oppossed to the WWF days of (insert profession sterotype here) against some unknown guy. A TV main event match consisted of 2 professionals fighting it out to see who had the better job (ex: Garbage Man vs Evil Plummer). The PPV's sucked as WWF had no talent as they were running on Diesel power.
In the WCW you had the WWF Oldtimers tour going on and Hogan being booked in the most horrendous booking ever (example: Hulk loses first title to a man that died earlier in the evening in a monster truck battle, multiple outside interference, his manager turning on him & then getting dry humped by a mummy - yet despite all this he loses the title by a DQ his manager caused). The midcards featured WWF guys that were way over the hill destroying the good talents that WCW had (ex:Jim Duggan vs Steve Austin) If not for a friend introducing me to ECW at this time I probably would have stopped watching wrestling.

By the way Full Bug, I knew that stuff because I've been converting my old tapes to DVD and recently came across Varsity Club stuff.

I grew up watching wrestling, so all the silly gimmicks never bothered me. I was at the right age for that time period I guess. Im glad its more edgy and "in your face", but if there was one thing to change it would be the stories. They use 90's cartoonish stories and mix it up with vulgarity at its best. Best wrestling, pure wrestling, with good stories would be coming from the NWA mid 80's, and WWF late 90's.

Cool, any chance you could make me a tape of that stuff and send it to me? I would pay for shipping no problem.....

I was wrong about his hand puppets name. It was Alex. I popped in a copy of Starrcade 88 to doublecheck the name.

I'm 3 months into the conversion process & still have a bit to go. I'm over 150 DVDs into this project and am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. When I finish this up I'll let the army members know and see what can be worked out.

While RF Video has a lot of goodies, I can't buy from the guy because I can't let my money go to a computer pedolphile.

If you get a chance tonight, check out the coming attractions at the end of tonight's Surreal Life. X-Pac comes to the house & trouble ensues. Can't wait to see that episode when it airs in 2 weeks.

Yeah, I had heard about that.

I also heard he sold the thing to one of the other guys that worked there after that shit went down.

Haven't gotten anything from there in quite sometime, if he's still running it, gotta agree with your sentiments.

Cena sucks. JBL sucks. Big Show sucks. Even Kurt Angle is stale. That show is in the shitter.

They need to treat the cruisers' with respect. Paul London in ROH and his short time in TNA was better used, with little publicity and no "storylines". Why can't Vince just push the "real" athletes for a change, instead of pushing everyone that's 260 plus lbs and treating them all like monsters. Personally, I think London holding a World title strap makes more sense from a business point of view. if your World's champ is 6' and weighs 200lbs max, he's more real, like you; like me. But when The shiny teeth cowboy, millionaire wrestles a bald Giant in a crappy barb wire match, it just screams rediculous. Vince doesn't see his demographic is 20's to 30 yr olds. Still treats his fans with ignorance. Its boring now. (although raw is better by far)

Wrestling, what a joke! Talk about who's really not an athlete
There are those that do and those that don't. Those that didn't see what those that did had done and wish they had especially when "She looked so F#*kin GOOD"
