    Track 2: Catchy Lick
....Track 2 was a song Zakk whipped out based on the current musical trends, melodic metal type riff, with melodic lead. Guessing at what Ozzy's direction might be in the near future and demonstrating Zakk's ability to come up with a catchy lick.

    Track 3: Classical - Part 1
....Zakk was studying classical quite a bit back than, and he seemed to pick it up quickly, he even won some competetions. This is some original material Zakk put together.

    Track 4: Classical - Part 2

Track 5: Mr. Crowley/Flying High Again solos
....Zakk decided to reproduce a couple of his favorite Randy Rhoads solos, to end his demo.
I always thought Zakk was competant rather than excellent and not in the same league at all as Jake E Lee never mind RR. I think the classical stuff and looking like RR got him the gig. The rest of the demo is a poor mans Bill and Ted...

I personally knew a couple of guys even locally who were better at the time.

Good luck to him though, he seems like a nice guy.

    Cheers!

Like women, it's all personal taste and how it makes you feel.

Dimebag (RIP) and Zakk have always been in my top 10 list of best current guitarists.

As a music purist and musician, Zakk has brilliant fretboard technical ability and feel for the strings, imo. Zakk's problem has always been he drinks too much, isn't good developing new material (except OzzFest junk, imo), and he is too unfocused.

But other than Angus Young of AC/DC, I have never seen anyone jump around on the stage like Wylde, never miss a note, and Zakk plays technically more difficult material than Angus.

      Just my 2 Cents

RothNote: The only thing I did with this great live audio, is reduce the
over-saturation approx. 50% on conversion, and left the rest of the
audio curve as it. You can easily recurve the sound, to your tastes,
with your WMP equalizer. For example, for most live MP3 audios
of this nature, this is my settings, using a pro audio card, and
speakers/woofer. Of course, everyone PC, speakers, and ears are different.

Crappy pic, but here is RR's pedal board I was talking about. I remember reading he said his previous pedal board was getting bigger than he was, (kinda of like his Flying A, lol), so he had this streamlined board build.

Also, I found all the Ozzy-Randy "After Hours" 1981 videos on another HD. Will post them tomorrow.

As to the fourth guitarist in the picture - if it is Mick Ronson, didn't he play for Mott the Hoople and then with Ian Hunter on his solo material? I had no idea about his other stuff before Mott.
