Seriously, two shitty ballads aside there is some decent stuff here. Not amazing, and certainly not "Blizzard...". "Diary..." or even "Bark...", but solid nonethless. Much better than "Down to Earth" or "Ozzmosis", there is some heavy shit on display.

I think ozzy came up pretty big, but I'm a little disappointed in zakk.

Not too sure if it will be your thing - it's monstrously heavy, but in a Black Sabbath, rather than a thrashy, kind of way.

I recommned their last album "We Must Obey" as a place to start, or "The Action is Go", which has some amaing moments on it.

I really like the solo in 11 Silver.

And I think the riffs on I Don't Wanna Stop and the opening track are really cool.

But you are right, the album is good rather than amazing.
