Originally posted by Atomic_Rob I dont know anything about Ozzy's solo career. Which albums did Randy Rhoads record with him?
The first two albums "Blizzard of Ozz" and "Diary of a Madman". And a live album called "Tribute" was released in 1987.
Do NOT buy the versions of these albums which are currently in the stores. Sharon Osbourne stripped the original bass and drums from the recordings and replaced them, because she didn't want to pay royalties to the original musicians, Bob Daisley & Lee Kerslake.
Look for the original versions in your local used CD/Record store, or check online. www.gemm.com is a great resource, but you might have to read through 1000's of listings
The acceptable versions of the CD look like this:
In addition to the cover design, these discs will say "22 Bit SBM Digital Re-master" on the left inner tray, and these remasters are copyright 1995. The newer (Sharon damaged) edition is 2002, I believe.
Hopefully that info will help you track down copies of these discs. (and no, mine aren't for sale)

I have ALL of Ozzy's solo albums (except the compilations). His best are BLIZZARD OF OZZ, DIARY OF A MADMAN, BARK AT THE MOON, NO MORE TEARS, OZZZMOSIS. The only live album I wouldn't reccommend is 'Budokan'. Right now, I have trouble listening to him without thinking of him chasing the cat or complaining about his leg or something stupid like that.
When The Osbournes is off our TV screens and Ozzy is famous for MUSIC again (and Sharon is paralysed from the neck down and has a speech impediment, of course), then I can listen to him properly again. However, you can't deny how great Blizzard was, is and will be.

Is it possible to have a singalong over the interweb?

I must disagree with that one. At least VH was smart enough not to re-record their classics and claim them to be the originals. The kids of today can get a copy of any of the six-pack & enjoy them as we did in our youth. Young Ozzy fans that hear from older fans how great Blizzard & Diary were will go to the record stores & get robbed by that greedy cunt Sharon that will exploit her family & friends for the chance to make an extra buck. I saw her & her crocadile tears on Dr Phil this week to promote the album. AT least she didn't admit to fucking any members of Ozzy's band this time to promote the albums; but the real fans know she fucked Daisely, Kerslack & all the fans of that era.

By the way, I can be counted among the "Bark at the Moon" fans - the title track was cool, "Now You See It", "So Tired", "Rock and Roll Rebel"...LOTS of good stuff happening on the record (which, of course, you can thank his band, specifically Bob, for). "Ultimate Sin" was hit and miss for me, but overall I didn't like it and I can understand why Ozzy's made every possible effort to bury the album over the last ten plus years. As said before, "No Rest for the Wicked" was outstanding and the last great slab of classic Ozzy we're likely to ever have...and everything thereafter has been crap (I'm of the "I fucking hate Ozzmosis" catagory myself).
I'm pretty much in agreement with you Bob. "Bark" is underrated, no doubt. "Ultimate Sin" has some cool moments (Always loved "Lightning Strikes"), and "No Rest.." is up there with his best material IMO. However, I disagree about everything after sucking. Sure, No More Tears was a bit on the commercial side, but there are a handful of GREAT songs on the record(The title track, SIN, AVH to name a few). I'm also one of the few Ozzmosis fans out there. Down to Earth is fucking HORRIFIC.........period.
