Maybe they'll make a last minute addition, but I'm not especially hopeful...
Bob, surely your wife will understand how much you want to see this show?

Ain't happenin. Just got too much shit on my hands here to deal with. Too bad, considering I've never had the opportunity to see Dio & Sabbath together...probably never will either if this ends up being the last time...guess the RCMH album/DVD will just have to do...

      Twistin' by the pool.

Found this on IOMMI.com. Good angle on his fingertips that were cut off years ago. If you go to the gear section, he comments about his Stratocaster's performance during the recording of the first Black Sabbath album.

Maybe something cool will happen at the last second...gettin' kinda late for that, but hope springs eternal...

Damn Bob.....surely there must be something you can do.

My mini -review of the DVD....

                  BUY IT!

                  Absolutely worth every cent.

Great sound, killer extras (backstage and rehearsal footage plus interviews of band and fans, as well as a nifty mini-history of the RCMH with back and understage footage.

Not sure I will go for the deluxe set. I already have a REAL ticket, and the other sfuff (while nice) is not so much something I MUST have.

I already got the 'must have' portion of this event out of the way, that of actually being there lol.

                  *ahem*

So I kinda speak from experience. I hope you can swing it somehow. Have some stormtroopers briefly kidnap the Princess...I mean....the wifey.....and keep her in a holding cell on the Death Star.

She can't do anything then, and you can go to the concert.

I mean hey, it has been quite awhile since you were really down.....surely you deserve some kinda reward for all your hard work.

                  Remember these days????

Oh and regarding Iomii's fingertips, there are MANY closeups of his right hand as he is playing.

They discuss it in the Extras stuff.

                  Cheers muffukers!!!

By the way, I dig this video desktop feature of WindDVD....I can sit here and type away in this window, and my desktop is the show!!!

                  DIE YOUNG!!!!

                  WOOHOO!!!

                  Love my Tannoy studio monitors....

Sounds like a fucking killer dvd, actually; won't be able to keep me away from that!

Ohhh, that picture...talk about a blast from the past, lmao!
