    Ok just got back from the gig! ACE WAS FOOKIN' ACE!!!

    My girlfriend even got Ace's plectrum that has his sweaty fingerprint on it...it wore out some of the text on it. I bought the autographed cd and the tour shirt...setlist was this, as I remember it:

    ("Genghis Khanish" intro)
    ROCKET RIDE
    PARASITE
    SNOWBLIND
    SISTER
    OUTERSPACE
    SPEEDING BACK TO MY BABY
    SATISFACTION/2000 MAN
    LOVE HER ALL I CAN
    FOXY AND FREE
    NEW YORK GROOVE
    FOX ON THE RUN
    ROCK SOLDIERS
    SHOCK ME
    Ace solo
    DEUCE/SHOUT IT OUT LOUD

    RIP IT OUT
    LOVE GUN
    COLD GIN
    BLACK DIAMOND OUTRO

    Good stuff there!!! I personally wouldn't mind if he dropped songs like Love Gun and Shout it Out Loud and replaced them with more solo tunes...no matter how good they sound with Ace playing the lead guitar, the drummer and the rest of the band make it sound like a KISS cover band only....

    RIP IT OUT, PARASITE, SNOWBLIND, ROCK SOLDIERS (a surprise add), ROCKET RIDE, SHOCK ME, COLD GIN, SISTER...best songs of the night...Ace in good condition having fun...what more can I say, I enjoyed this more than I enjoyed KISS a few years ago, even if it was a decent gig too...only "minus" was the flaming guitar being out of tune during a part of the solo, but who cares...

    Gene can hire anyone he wants to play the Space Ace...it still sounds like KISS with replacements...but when Ace plays his best stuff, he is and forever will be the one and only Space Ace.
