This probably belongs in the unpopular musical opinions thread but I far, FAR prefer the Jake E. Lee stuff to the Zakk Wylde stuff any day. Shot In the Dark, Bark At the Moon, Secret Loser, Lightning Strikes, all killer stuff!

I moved to other style during those years I was done with Heavy Metal.. got back into Punk . Club music on the other days, I was done.

The whole speed metal thing just looked stupid to me..

I don't want to make excuses, I just feel sometimes.. I wasn't, or, am not alone in that some musical styles just didn't matter to me anymore.

It's got to move YOU or it doesn't mean shit, regardless of how important someone else think it is.

No speed metal or punk for me, I LIVED for the music of that era.

And you can come back to it, ( in refference to) if it doesn't move you.

I really still like it all -The Best- stand up front and really make me listen, in any style of play ..Music is one of the great things .
