These people who go with the Atkins garbage are obviously not athletic. Fuck, the body NEEDS tons of carbs when working out. I have a stellar diet that is working extremely well for my age.

I would never eliminate anything completely. A well balanced diet has always worked for me.

If I am going on a long run, I'll do carbs a few hours before.

But, protein is so important too. Thats why I won't do an all veggie diet

I do weight-lifting, haven't done it as much as I used to, but I've recently found the joy of power-lifting again...

I don't look at my food too much, I just try to avoid useless grease and salt and concentrate on wide range of different foods...
