My fucking back is KILLING me today...I tweaked it a few days ago and it isnt getting better. I'm very frustrated right now because I have the whole summer off, and yet I cant do anything fun with my son. Im laid up inside...in alot of pain.
So if I pick a fight with anyone here for no reason...sorry in advance.

you know what it is? Im in the worst shape of my life...and these little 'aches and pains' are turning into major debilitating injuries. So yesterday I joined a gym.
Once my back feels better, look out treadmill and free-weights...
