yesss...i'm a big fan of him...always been, always was.

A friend of my dad showed Dirty Harry to me and my brother, when I was 7-8, and my brother is 3 years younger than me...

after that, I've mostly enjoyed the Dollar-trilogy...well, he's done nothing but "at-least-watchable" movies ever since...those war movies, and the ones he has directed...very good stuff.

I guess the first thing I learned was to appreciate the value of a ruthless poker-face...it will always help you.

I know you've had some Eastwood-discussions in the past, yesss.

Only down in Southern Utah. I've never really "met" any but there are Polygamists in rural towns. They are easy to spot cos they all dress like they just walked off the set of "Little House on the Prairie."

GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY especially is a masterpiece. But all three DOLLARS films are great. If you haven't already, check out ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE WEST (it came after GOOD BAD UGLY, but it's with Henry Fonda, not Eastwood).
