    Jesus Christ...I would stop watching...

    maybe she'll be made president...

and fucking Jack will kill her...

    #9 kill...this was hilarious...

    season 4...Paul Raines...

having surgery to save his life...

they need to get some info from a terrorist...

Jack Bauer mercilessly allows Paul Raines, his girlfriend's estranged husband, to die in order to save a terrorist who has information. Only Jack would point a gun at a surgeon's head and tell him to switch patients.

    That was outstanding...

      the henderson kill...

      thing is...

      it coulda been more ruthless...

      last season...

Former colleague and evil mastermind Henderson finally gets what's coming to him. It was fairly cold-blooded, as well. You'll see why.

To me...this shoulda been ranked higher...

"I'm going to need a hacksaw." Indeed.

Jack Bauer needs this lowlife to gain street cred with one of the bad guys, so he can successfully go undercover. I'll be honest, I was not expecting this when it happened. Nor was Marshall Goren. If you can't guess what Jack needs the hacksaw for, well, you don't know Jack Bauer.

He wacks the guy...then cuts his head off...

        outstanding Bauer tV...

          #6...

          the Ryan Chappelle kill...

he fucking wacked Chappelle because the terrorists told Palmer Chappelle had to be killed...

I'd have ranked this higher as well...

                  #2...

Almeida is in the hospital bed...

                  Jack is checking on him...

bad guy trying to kill Almeida...then Bauer...

                  Bauer goes off...

great fight in the hospital room ensues...

                  Back and forth fight...

baddy throws Jack into the wall...hammer kicks Bauer...

Bauer on the ground...bad guy jumps on him...

                  they choke each other...

Bad guy notices some scissors on the floor...

                  reaches for them...

Jack sees him reaching...still on the ground...still both choking each other...

Jack sees real doctor dead on the floor...

                  bad doctor grabs scissors...

He's poking them at Jack's neck...

Jack folds the arm...twisting the scissors...

rolls over the baddie while jamming the scissors into his neck...

...they aren't in far enough to kill the guy...

so Jack...well...Jacks the scissors into his neck...up to the hilt...

                  solid kill...

                    and the #1 kill...

The Nina kill...I totally disagree...it was nearly anticlimactic...

eh, i liked the nina kill. yeah, i guess we should've seen it coming, but it was in cold blood. she posed no threat and he just executed her. that's gotta count for something.

                      the hacksaw death was outstanding.

and this list must've been prior to season 6. because the lost-boys kill HAS to be ranked pretty highly.

guard comes to check bauer because he sees that bauer is flatlined. which makes sense, since while still handcuffed to the chair, bauer's been tortured and had a metal spike driven through his shoulder.

suddenly bauer's ripping into the guard's throat. with his mouth. but the kicker is how he spits the leftovers out onto the floor.

now that kind of gratuitous violence is just good writing. emmy-award winning, if you ask the knuckleboner...

Thought I'd pull this fucking relic out of the attic, with a new season upon us in two weeks...

I know nothing about it...other than it's set in NYC, and Mr. Buffy is in the show as the new Jack Bauer...

Oh, and the hot chick from last season is back, and apparently, wrapped in a towel after "going dark," which actually sounds like porn if you haven't ever seen 24...

                            Renee Walker FTW.

I'll keep watching 24 as long as they keep making them... but it's hard to get too excited about the show these days... it really is the same show over and over with different faces and different locales.

I have to say that this year's theme of having Bauer in a role reversal serving as the level headed straight man to Walker's Bauer-ish death wish should be pretty cool.

I've watched the first 4 hours, and I'm more than a bit underwhelmed. Last season was can't miss tv, with some compelling story lines. This time out, there really isn't that much of a sense of urgency or need to care all that much about the life of some foriegn diplomat and his effect upon the peace process. But things definitely picked up when Renee Walker showed up.

I thought so too...odd to see Jack as the voice of restraint and reason, and Renee going off the deep end amputating people's limbs and whatnot!
