I worked out until 5 days before I gave birth,
And besides my 3" C-Section scar, EVERYTHING remained the same...
If anything, I am now skinier and more muscular than I ever was in my life before...
As for breastfeeding, it hasen't changed a thing about my "D" cup (real) boobs.
Age takes it's tool but in my case, it's got nothing to do with pregnmancy...
Now before you call me delousional... know that not EVERY woman reacts the same at working out... I've been an aerobic junkie and a runner since I was 25 and intend to saty so until I die!
And B.T.W., my husband can eat all the chicken wings and drink all the beer he wants... he still doesn't have 1 inch of fat on his belly (without efforts)...
