Was just at the Crooked Tap, had a Sandwich called "The Mountain Man". It's rare roast beef, smoked gouda, lettuce, onions and a slew of horseradish sauce. Reminds me of a beef on weck at home in Buffalo - it's rare roast beef on a kimmelweck roll with plain horseradish - no sauce. A kimmelweck roll is a Kaiser roll with coarse salt and caraway seeds on the outside. SOOOO good.
