That looks nice but I prefer it raw (not technically actually) and surrounded by rice wrapped in kelp...

I ate at a place called "Five Guys" hamburgers today - billed by GQ magazine as the greatest five dollar hamburger ever. I'd say it was overrated. Although they did have vinegar for the fries.

I tried that place in an airport (Chicago, IIRC) and thought it was way overrated too...
