Scrambled eggs with cheese. I used up the last of the sausage in a failed attempt at a new version of biscuits and gravy. It turned out sausage soup with globs of flour in it. It went down the garbage disposal. I've made it before but I use a recipe for white sauce and add the cooked sausage after it's done. This time I tried to make gravy forom the cooked sausage but it didn't go as planned. It was watery so I added the flour which clumped up in balls instead of thickening the sauce.

And next time you want to add flour to something to thicken it...mix it with cold water first.

I used to like that place...then I got food poisoning..twice. I won't go there anymore...

And next time you want to add flour to something to thicken it...mix it with cold water first.

I figured that out as soon as I saw those clumps of flour in my sausage soup. It was too late at that point. I guess I could have poured it through the spaghetti strainer to get rid of the lumps but I didn't think of it at the time.

Lazy mans grilled sandwich for breakfast. A slice of cheese between two pieces of toast. And coffee with french vanilla creamer.

I made quesadillas couple of days ago for the first time ever. I found a recipe on internet. It was so good. They were fantastic. I made two but I was so full after just one.
