I cut one so you guys could see what it looked like inside

I just throw a flour tortilla right on the glass over the electric burner, turn it on about halfway, flip it a couple times, sprinkle some cheese on it, fold it in half with the cheese in the middle, flip it a couple more times, then pick it up and eat it. No fuss no muss. A hot dog cooked over a gas burner makes for a good snack too. With or without bun.

This was lunch, so I had to do more then just have cheese in it, cause it would feel like breakfast. You want the recipe?

Had my spicy black bean burger finally - with avacado, lettuce and tomato and a spicy sauce. Also onion rings.

No I am not a vetarian, this is just really good.

        Oh dear.

What do vetarians eat or not eat? I love avocado but I hate it when they put quacamole on a burger when you ask for avocado. Avocado makes a fine dip for chips and taquitos and goes nicely in a taco or burrito but not on a burger or a sandwich. Plain sliced avocado on a sandwich or burger is the ticket.

Sure, why not. I add eggs and either sausage, ham or bacon for a breakfast quesadilla. I sometimes just heat up a flour tortilla in the nuke and roll up a slice of cheese in it and scarf it down for a little snack.

The recipe I found was for chicken. I made it with vegetarian chicken so I changed the recipe myself to adjust to the different cooking lenght.
                But for chicken it's this:

3 chicken filés, or 400 grams. Shredded.
                salt
                black peppar
                1 onion
                1 red bell pepper
100 grams of baby spinach (or more if you like it, I had more in mine)
1 Philadelpia cheese with Sweet Chili flavour
                tortillas
                grated cheese
                a can of corn
                some oil.

                1. Shred the chicken and saute in 1 tablespoon oil. Season with salt and pepper.
                2. Add the onion, and sliced peppers and cook until a couple of minutes. Add the Philadelphia Sweet Chili and heat gently. Fold in the spinach leaves quickly.
                3. Place tortilla breads and distribute chicken mess in half the bread, sprinkle with cheese and corn and fold into a half moon.
                4. Fry gently in oil on both sides.

1-4 instructions were translated by google :D I didn't fix it.

I"m skipping dinner tonight - don't feel like eating. How the hell did I get a cold in June?

                        Oh dear.

Had some kick ass spaghetti tonight that my wife left simmering all day (the sauce, not the pasta, that is gross). Topped it off with whole grain garlic bread and a Killians, hell yeah.

I had a couple sloppy Joes and a handful of tater tots for dinner. I usually use ground turkey but I used ground chuck this time. Ground chuck is just regular hamburger with less fat. I never buy hamburger with more than 20% fat content. It cooks down too much when you fry it. One pound uncooked is only 3/4 of a pound cooked. The rest is just grease.
